"Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going" - one of my resolutions for 2016 is to plank every day. Just for 4 minutes. 2 minute basic plank / 4x 30 second side-plank. A six pack is not my biggest priority (not at all), core stability (which helps with injury prevention) is. I'm on day 13 now and still going strong.
