While your biscuits cook (you DID make biscuits, right?), have a cup of coffee. Turn the heat off your gravy.
Pretty soon, you end up with something like this.
Add flour to the skillet and stir like the dickens.
While your sausage browns, measure out a couple of cups of whole milk. Maybe a bit more.
First, assemble ingredients. Sausage, whole milk, 1/3 cup AP flour. Salt and pepper.
CAT STATUS: Pretty OK, all things considered.
