From an American Apparel store here: what does "Shop Kids Inside" even mean? Are they selling them?

Tru The corner shop near our school had a 'No more than 2 kids' sign... Maybe this is the opposite.

I think that it means there is a kids shop inside. Maybe they are selling kids inside too, Keith.
