It’s Mental Health Awareness Week! The theme this year is body image. Something I as a woman definitely struggle with too. Mentally I really ‘need’ to workout a few times during the week to feel good. But it’s also because I like to stare in the mirror and be happy with what I see. I shame and blame myself so now and than for losing control during busy weeks with less workouts and eating shitty.
