It’s my due date 🙌🏼! 40 weeks completed and yes I’m still pregnant of our first baby 💙. I’m very blessed I stayed a fit as possible during this pregnancy which I’m sure it helped me mentally and physically get through it easily and with lots of joy. I got interviewed about being a #fitmommy. Monday you can read more in the Dutch newspaper @nrcmedia. I really hope that others get motivated and see the positive things of staying fit (which is of course different for everybody). Especially during pregnancy, because it is good for you and your baby. Just ask experts what fits you and be open to all that which is still possible. Fear is a liar, we all now that 😉 Let’s see when my biggest marathon will start, I’m prepared.
