Even at this late hour, while I try to watch the Steve Jobs segments on tonight's 60 Minutes on my iPad, Mochi is staring at me in the hopes that I throw the "mouse" (felted balls) for him to fetch, just one more time. This shot was made using my iPhone 4s and the light emanating from the iPad.

And the packaging it's almost totally compostable. Great work by a terrific company.

Milk chocolate with "silky caramel notes". So smooth! And dark chocolate covered mango bits. Energy to plow ahead on a deadline. Nom nom.

Tomatoes, caramelized onions, chanterelles, pancetta and Quartirolo. So good!

One flavored with St. Germain, rosemary and bay. The other one with rum, star anise and black pepper.

Drizzled with Saba di San Giacomo and Colline di Santa Cruz olive oil (both from @chefshop). Himalayan salt freshly ground black pepper. Delish!
