Five copies of @kimodonnel's Meat Lover's Meatless Cookbook have arrived! 

Kim O'Donnel stopped by to deliver five, hot from the UPS truck, copies of The Meat Lover's Meatless Cookbook, advance copies for me to share with my family.

Over a cup of Caffe Vita and thick slices of scrumptious banana bread, baked by @CynNims (for our @PennyDeLoSantos potluck last night) she personalized each copy and signed them out to my mother, father, sister and two of my favorite cousins, who are more like sisters to me.

I'm so proud of this book, so grateful to be a part of this project and I can't wait for you all to get your very own copy. And to get cooking. Because that is what it is all about. Food, delicious and user friendly, meatless food for meat lovers.
