One week of high intensity training on Lanzarote done ✔️. A successful transition from wintertraining into competition preparation. A little more than 2 weeks left before my first indoor season since 2015 starts. But first I need to survive the holidays without getting fat. Vrolijk kerstfeest! Noflike Kryst! Merry Christmas! Frohe Weihnachten! My coach has no mercy. After having three days off during Christmas, this (short) week it's pedal to the metal, making me feel like I'm back in full wintertraining. But I got this sunshine from Lanzarote in my pocket (and picked up some form along the way as well). 10 days until my first competition! 📸 Ralf Kuckuck @no_limits_believe_in_you
