pIqaD unicode support in peSHIr tweets 

Next version of @peSHIrTweets will translate any pIqaD (=Klingon characters, which are defined in Unicode) to equivalent roman characters so they are readable when somebody uses them in Tweets instead of showing up as non-filled in squares.
