We've started Klug Farm raspberry and blueberry season in a big way at Frontera/Topolo/Xoco. Truly amazing flavor Elfego is shucking oysters--even though weather is warm in Chgo, these cold water beauties (mostly BC) are gr8 Elizabeth will turn out nearly 2000 handmade tortillas by the end of tonight's service. Heart of r kitchen!
