Grilled ratatouille: 1st grill tomatoes,garlic (in skin), pepper. Skin&puree tom, perl grlc, skin/seed/chop pepper Grilled ratatouille: 2nd dice summer squash/eggplant/red onion; oil, salt, grill Combine all. Add OO, basil. Simmer briskly to thicken.  Season.
