Daughter's home for Easter! Roasting a suckling pig!! Roasting baby artichokes!!! Easter dinner: mise en place for spring salad (ramps!), Turkish roasted eggplant, blini w caviar, Iberico ham. I can't tell you what a relief it is that (I hope) over and that we are harvesting from the restaurant garden again!
