I had the great opportunity today to document the walk to end Alzheimer's San Francisco for the wonderful people at the Alzheimer's Associations(Video coming soon) Their are Approximately 700,000 people dying each year because they have Alzheimer's. Nearly 50% of people with Alzheimer's are under 65 including my mother who was in her late 50s when signs of dementia started. Their is still a huge lack of understanding and awareness about Alzheimer's in countries like India. Crazy, mental, mad are just some of the words used for people with Alzheimer's in these countries. I am looking forward to teaming up with the Alzheimer's Association as an artist again in raising awareness for this disease.
