Let me take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Luke Spiegelhoff. I’ve been a therapist for the past 25 years specializing in work with youth and families. Over the course of my career, I have been an in-home therapist working with at risk youth, a school social worker, an outpatient therapist, a supervisor and a trainer.

I have had the extreme privilege of coming alongside thousands of parents in my career. What I have learned from them has been invaluable and I am a better therapist for it.
