拉薩からナムツォに向かう途中、隣の青海省からの巡礼者に会う。車を止めて話を聞いた。お坊さんで、食料を運ぶ人がサポートしているらしい。 #Journey_china

到着の次の日、市内観光、ポタラ宮観光で高地順応を進めます。でも市内で標高が3500mを超えている。高山病、吐き気さえしました。(^_^;) #Journey_china
