This bluejay is taking advantage of a sunny spot to maximize the heat. #Maine #birds My great-grandmother Addie Young (and her sons and grandson) moving turkeys into the yard. Our family had a turkey farm, raising thousands of birds a year. Addie was a shrewd businesswoman, too. I hope I take after her : )
