In an effort to eat - and I often forget to do it on a regular and consistent basis I found this yummy salad at The Shed in Woden. It had just the right crunch and the tangy bitter lettuce and shredded chicken made everything just delicious. In the spirit of better choices, I opted for a fresh green juice with lemon and ginger.
