I was honestly getting annoyed with the wishy~washy faffing about by
the city's leadership, so seeing Tiger and Bunny show up give them a
good (though choppy) scolding was indeed in order. It's a good thing
too, because this Jake Martinez seems like a real murderous
psychopath.

Come on Origami Cyclone! You're the only fair shot this city has right now.
