I liked the short & sweet moment Tousen had with his old comrades.  And I especially enjoyed the surprise at the end.  Classic "Oh sh*t!" moment.  I still would like for Shinji to get a fair shake at Aizen though.  I know he won't win, but he deserves a shot at Aizen more than anyone.
