Dominick said that a friend of his built a dungeon in an old abandoned wharehouse. He has a king size bed made into a spread eagle stretching rack. Go out with Jake to a bar, get him drunk then invite him to that dungeon for some fun with you. She replies that Jake is no Submissive and he will only go if I agree to be tied down.
