@ellemmes @janis_tester I forgot to show the sheath. Here's my chef knife. Ricotta Salata ... Mmmm. 10 lbs of Pastrami & 2 lbs bacon out of the smoker & into the oven for a bit. My mouth is mad at me for not tasting!
