Mine was the worst workout I've ever had. I've been sick for a few days,but thought I could squeeze a light day in. Nope. Usually I feel better after just pushing through, not today. I got through the warmup ok, but when it was time to squat it was all bad news. I couldn't even get 155 for 5 sets of 8-12 (they were all 8). My normal is between 185 and 205 depending on how I feel when working up. But I did manage to motivate the wife, who was trying to skip today, to get out there and lift. So it wasn't a total loss.
