I tried explaining to the cs rep that what he was seeing was NOT what I saw in the app but he did not get that. I have more photos of our conversation but too many to send via Twitter. I explained 2 the person I spoke w/ on the CS on-chat that whatever he was seeing on his screen was NOT wht we cn C on the mobile screen. He said that sum other things wr on hold before but I dnt show that until after my deposit was made. He just kept arguing w/ me & refused 2 allow me 2 send ths screenshot of my acct. acct# 375015219016
