A hard and gruelling stage awaits the peloton today. Especially when you take yesterday’s though stage with two times the Alpe d’Huez into account. Two horse category climbs are scheduled in the first part of the stage. Sports Director Nico Verhoeven expects it’s going to be a very demanding race. "It could well end up a in a war on the bike today."
