What records? The facts: * one of your behind the counter people misinformed me.. I was here 3 1/2 hours early. I went to the desk at my "terminal " and the frantic person behind the counter said . But we tried that for 1 1/2 hours in ticketing and this RUDE woman said WE HAVE NOTHING.. Unless you want to spend $1200 #ThisIsNotMyMistake I hope not cause. Will be VLOGGING it!
