Pavé de bœuf grillé, gratin Dauphinois, légumes de saison, crème de poivre vert et cognac: Grilled beef steak, scallop potatoes with grilled seasonal vegetables in green pepper cognac sauce

This was so good, just melts in your mouth. Oddly enough, our entire table ordered beef for our main, which never happens. Six of us had this dish.
