First attempt at baguettes. There should be 3 skinny 15" logs here. Yeah, that didn't happen #cookingathome 

Pretty sure I've overworked and overfloured the dough because I couldn't get it to cooperate.
It's supposed to take about 20 hrs to make, including 18.75 hrs for proofing/resting. It's been 23 hrs already with another hour to go for the last rise. I won't know how bad it is until I bake these guys. In any case, it's a given that they'll be ugly.

Capricciosa: fior di latte, prosciutto cotto, mushrooms, black olives. Yesterday @Via_Mercanti. As with the Funghi, adding a bit of chili oil makes this better. First attempt at baguettes. There should be 3 skinny 15" logs here. Yeah, that didn't happen #cookingathome Despite being deformed, these baguettes are good, with a very crispy skin and soft insides. #cookingathome
