Oshizushi (Pressed Sushi) Set: Salmon, Cured Saba (mackerel), Black Tiger Shrimp @LeModernJap #lemodernjapanesecuisine. 

This set normally includes Avocado Oshizushi, but I replaced it with more shrimp. I liked the salmon best and the shrimp was good too. Unfortunately, I found the saba to be too chewy.
