Ordering tendon at restaurants can be hit or miss. The Slow-Cooked Beef Tendon from @KyoukaRamen is definitely a winner: (beef tendon served over rice) sake, mirin, soy sauce, ginger, green onion, seaweed, chili paste.

Tried out @KyoukaRamen today. Their noodles are among the best that I've eaten in the GTA. Ordering tendon at restaurants can be hit or miss. Shio Ramen: edible kelp stock, daily chicken broth clam, salt, pork chicken chashu, egg, seaweed, greens, naruto fish cake, special ship tare (liquid seasoning).
