A burst water pipe on Scotswood Rd has caused a giant puddle across the road & down the bank to where businesses are.

Children from Hotspur Primary school have performed a special nativity play @OuseburnFarm today among live animals. A burst water pipe on Scotswood Rd has caused a giant puddle across the road & down the bank to where businesses are. Scotswood Rd flooded over both sets of lanes. People saying it was as high as the top of a vans wheels at one point.
