At Dundas Valley on this beautiful August morning. Racing the 5 Peaks Enduro today for 13.4 km on trails. Always a fun friendly atmosphere at these races. Trail runners are different than street runners. We talk to each other on the race course. We check people who stumble. We say excuse me on your left to other runners as we pass.
