I have several case activated powder measures, and they weren't cheap. neither is this Lee, with no apparent option. my point was, had they priced this closer to $40, and offered a comparably priced case activation option, and if it proved to work as well, this could've have been an option for others using progressive or turret presses.

as it is, the few times I change out powder, the time it takes has very little to do with the hopper, and more just removing the rotor, to be thorough. so, with no case activation option, at the same price, I can't see why someone wouldn't get a Hornady or RCBS instead.
