I guess after that awesome performance on Monday, such is expected to be the case!! You need hearty meals. I say become a meat and potato man for a few weeks...you need all the protein and carbs you could get! And plenty of Rest along with your juices or shakes. There is no doubt that Amber's got it! She is an amazing dancer SO just lead the way for her. I think a mermaid style dress would really accentuate her beautiful body with maybe a tiny blazer or short jacket way above her waist..Matador style. Or a business office suit with a skirt snug around the knees, but not to snug that she cannot move. Also, A Cycling Class like Soul Cycle would make her even more super fit. She just needs to find an instructor that plays her favorite music...there is no beating that workout. Don't forget to Massage Massage Massage and that shot of espresso or something of the like to keep her on ur toes.) Good Luck!! mb
