Then finished with 1 rep back squats from 225lbs up to 305. Now I'm warmed up! (Video is 275 I think)

Missing this. If only...... Then finished with 1 rep back squats from 225lbs up to 305. Now I'm warmed up! (Video is 275 I think) 30lbs. Not super heavy (yet). My new PR goal is around 400 & to be able to hit 305 10-15 unbroken
