Back in November 2008 Ping Cheung (then ex-wife of John Chao, divorce documents stamped by court on October 13th, 2007) preceded to re-finance the home without the consent or knowledge of John Chao. She arranged for all documentation to be processed and notarized without John ever being present. All documentation was fraudulently signed and notarized
