As soon as I saw this Picture I went to "Ninja Sushi" located on Folsom Blvd. just east of Watt Ave. Some of the best Sushi I ever had in Sacramento Ca, Thanks for the Idea whoever took the Picture Smilie

yes,Tobiko(とびこ,flying fish eggs).　Unagi(Eel) sauce is a deep flavor, compared to soy sauce.　It looks delicious　California Roll.
