local law 152 inspection 

The law went into effect on January 1, 2019, but full implementation of the law is contingent upon the adoption of rules by DOB. Depending on which district a building is located in will depend on when that building has to file for local law 152. Below you will find a map link showing when each district is due and where that district is.
