Here in South America, the surgeon general's warnings on cigs are fucking BRUTAL. Venezuela came thru w/a chain for my wallet before I even left the airport! Y'all rock! Now all I need is a lighter! In Venezuela, the surgeon general went for a little more of a "junkie chic" approach for their cigarette warning.
