Barrio Petare is the biggest barrio/favela in all of South America I am told. 2,000 neighbors in one barrio. Today is Easter. They burn Judas in effigy all over the hood. Saw lots of fires in the streets. An interesting Judas burning at the bottom of Barrio Petare. Turn around, please.
