It's all about flavor. I did not understand the concept of such small portions until my first fine dining experience. When one eats more then one course you arrive at the end of your meal having in most cases eaten more then what one plate could fill. There is also presentation to think about. Food is art, and in most cases I have never seen two paintings on one canvas. Looks really really good LeVar.

I have to ask LeVar, what's the point of going out and having a meal if you're still hungry afterwards? Their portion sizes look tiny.
