A big heart-shaped thank you! 

Valentine's Day sparks flew early this year, as 22 kind-hearted adopters were matched with 15 adoring cats and seven joyful kittens on the eve of the day of love.

Last Thursday, The Lost Dogs' Home North Melbourne shelter was a flurry of activity as families with children, couples, friends and singles called into the Cat Adoptions Centre to meet and mingle with the Home's fabulous felines.

Extending cat adoption hours until 7.30pm, the Home offered to waive the fee on cats aged three years and over in hope of finding homes for the high number of deserving cats up for adoption.
