I made it back home after a long but good journey!Unfortunately the Olympics in Rio didn’t turned out the way we wanted to as a team, same for my Individual results.. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. That’s the game!

I just wanted to let you all know that I’m SUPER proud of my horse Verdi. I’m so honored and grateful for everything he once again did for me during the Olympics.

Also a big thank you to all the people that travelled to Rio to support us and of course a thank you to the people back home supporting us as well. I may not answer all those good luck messages, but I definitely see them!! Thanks,

🇱🇺 Ik ben na een lange reis weer goed aangekomen thuis !

Helaas waren de spelen in Rio niet eentje die ons team het geluk heeft gebracht.. Ook individueel mocht het helaas niet lukken. Dat is de sport ! Winnen en verliezen ligt dicht bij elkaar. Ik wil toch even laten weten dat ik mijn paard Verdi enorm dankbaar ben voor het geen dat hij wederom voor mij gedaan en betekend heeft deze spelen !
Ook de mensen die afgereisd zijn naar Rio en de support die de mensen thuis hebben gegeven. Super bedankt!! Groetjes,
