While COVID-19-related restrictions are starting to ease across Lesvos, we remain conscious that the disease still poses a threat to the vulnerable refugees living in and around camps on the island.

It's for this reason that we recently attended a COVID-19 training session together with our Olive Grove resident volunteer team, hosted by @doctorswithoutborders. The educational hour allowed our resident volunteers to learn more about the disease; what it is, how it’s spread and easy tips that can use as a means of protection and prevention.

We are so glad that our resident volunteers could be a part of this session. The more knowledge they gain as leaders of their community, the more they can pass onto their fellow residents in and around Moria camp.
