Sorry for the out-of-focusedness of this video, but you'll get the idea of the cosmological-like motion in the thin foam floating atop this steaming Americano from now defunct Clockworks Cafe in Salem, Oregon. Watch the foam as it swirls into clumps of little java "galaxies." (No audio)
