Time to jump into one of the best weekends of the year down here in Busso. Good luck all doing #IMWA and #IM703WA! Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose. What a day in Busso. Very humbled to be on the top step of an Ironman 70.3 age-group podium next to absolute class acts @jezyoung and @jaserhino. Thanks all for the support and making these adventures possible. 🙏🏼 Wrote my #IM703WA goals on a piece of paper pre race: a < 30min swim, < 2:15 bike, < 1:24 run. Off a couple of seconds, but close enough for a small finish line celebration with the two people who support me most smiling in the background. #trusttheprocess
