Laatste serie op basis van MGB met vele aanpassingen qua carrosserie, motot (3,9 liter V8 zelfed als in oudere RangeRover). Totaal maar 1900 van gebouwd, alle rechtsgestuurd, slechts 6 linksgestuurd omgebouwd
