NO. The advantage it gives you is not worth the trouble. I have a friend who says that whenever she plays she will grind until she gets it, and it can take HOURS. I've never grinded for it but got it by luck once and honestly it really doesn't help that much, it just turns Poo from a poor fighter to a mediocre one, if you want decent damage from him you're going to be using PSI anyway.
