Ordered hot and sour soup. In US, this is a thicker soup than China because cornstarch is added. In Japan, not a very popular. Shrimp in lobster sauce. Very good. Highly recommended. P. F. Chang. Fried calamari. You want salty food here it is. Love it. Cause of hypertension. Salt and pepper version. P. F. Chang.
