Dear Rinpoche,
The Kechara Pilgrims leaving for Nepal this morning: Su Ming, James, William, Ethan, Bryan, Lew, Cynthia, and Carmen have just finished listening to Rinpoche's audio message and are now doing serkym to Lord Setrap and prayers in Ladrang, lead by Liaison Su Ming. 

Everyone is wide awake and looks excited despite the many preparations, especially the first timers.
