Climbing Kilimanjaro wasn’t just a hike, but a life experience. Reaching the summit was the most challenging thing I did on a physical and mental level.

I experienced that my body gave up earlier than my mind.
I experienced that all my thoughts, some about victory where actually blocking what I needed to do. .
I learned how to focus on the now.
I learned how to control my breathing.

This made me reach to heights that I could never dream off. In a time frame most people wouldn’t think it was possible. With zero hiking training and 6 days of preparation I made to the summit. .
Having the right mind set and ability to adapt in challenging times I know anybody can do this
